Sign up for an account, add Perla to WhatsApp, and start giving her tasks. No apps to install — she works through the channels you already use.

Absolutely. Your data never leaves your organization — it stays entirely within your own infrastructure. Perla only accesses the tools and information you explicitly authorize, everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can revoke access at any time.

1. Service Description

DoYourWork.AI ("we," "us," "our") provides Perla, an autonomous AI employee that assists with business tasks including email drafting, document creation, calendar management, and web research. Perla communicates via WhatsApp and Slack and integrates with Google Workspace on your behalf.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these terms. Access to Perla is currently available through our private beta waitlist. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Perla for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the service
Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where disclosure is required
Transmit malicious content or interfere with other users' access

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide to Perla. Output generated by Perla on your behalf is yours to use. The DoYourWork.AI brand, software, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Perla connects to third-party services such as Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and Slack. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Perla is an AI assistant and may produce inaccurate or incomplete output. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before relying on it. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoYourWork.AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination & Account Deletion

You may stop using Perla at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
