While building PONS.ai, Kelvin kept coming back to a familiar feeling: there was always one more thing to do. A document to finish. Some research to follow up. A message waiting for a reply. Stepping away from the desk didn’t always mean switching off.
What we wanted was simple: someone to help carry the work, so we could put our phones down and enjoy the rest of our lives. A round of golf, dinner with family, a proper weekend, or an evening without opening the laptop again.
That was the idea behind Perla. Bring her into the team’s conversation. Hand over the work, add your thoughts, and work through the changes together. A little less on everyone’s mind. A little more time for the people and things that matter.
