Perla can manage your Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), send and reply to WhatsApp messages, automate Slack workflows, draft and send emails, schedule meetings, and operate autonomously 24/7 without supervision.

How do I get started?

Sign up for an account, add Perla to WhatsApp, and start giving her tasks. No apps to install — she works through the channels you already use.

Absolutely. Your data never leaves your organization — it stays entirely within your own infrastructure. Perla only accesses the tools and information you explicitly authorize, everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can revoke access at any time.

Account information — name, email address, and organization details you provide when joining the waitlist or registering.
Usage data — how you interact with Perla, including messages, commands, and feature usage.
Integration data — content Perla accesses on your behalf through connected services (Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Slack), such as emails, calendar events, and documents.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and log data.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide, maintain, and improve Perla's services
To execute tasks you delegate to Perla
To communicate with you about your account and the service
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues

3. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Perla connects to third-party platforms to perform tasks on your behalf. We only access data you explicitly authorize and do not sell your data to third parties. Our sub-processors are bound by data protection agreements.

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and audited. While no system is perfectly secure, we follow industry best practices to safeguard your information.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. No AI Model Training on Your Data

We do not use your data to train AI models. Your content is processed solely to deliver the service you requested and is not used for any other purpose.
